What
is opt-in e-mail?
An e-mail list is considered to be "opted-in" when the recipients
of that list have actually requested to receive commercial messages on
one or more topics of interest. Furthermore, a true opt-in e-mail will
always disclose to the recipient the name of the company that owns the
list that they are a member of and the reason for the message. Every e-mail
received provides the list member a chance to modify their personal data
or remove their name from the list.
What is SPAM?
SPAM, or spamming, is the practice of transmitting mass quantities of
unsolicited bulk e-mail to large lists of unqualified e-mail addresses.
Usually spammers obtain their lists from several different sources on
the Internet without the recipient's approval. In addition, keep in mind
that, besides being rude, invasive, and in some cases illegal, spamming
is unacceptable to most market groups. Also, spam may very seriously and
adversely affect a company's image and reputation. Visit CAUCE for more
information on spamming.
What can I send?
News letters, product and service offerings, catalogs, coupons, invoices
and statements, welcome letters, financial news, industry updates, announcements,
surveys, subscriptions, warranties and many others as long as the recipients
have opted to receive that kind of information.
Are there any restrictions on the message I can send?
Yes there are! First and foremost, we will never allow any spamming. Furthermore,
we will not send out any chain letters, messages that encourage others
to send out unsolicited mail or a list different from the one that opted
to receive information on your specific industry, product or service.
At all times, we hold the right to reject any message that does not comply
with our Terms Agreement.
How much does it cost?
Your mailing cost will vary depending on the lists selected, the audience
size you target, the frequency in which you use our services and the format
of the message. Please contact us for a free quote.
What are the different formats I can send my message?
Your message can be either in text or with graphics, i.e. html format.
