What is opt-in e-mail?
An e-mail list is considered to be "opted-in" when the recipients of that list have actually requested to receive commercial messages on one or more topics of interest. Furthermore, a true opt-in e-mail will always disclose to the recipient the name of the company that owns the list that they are a member of and the reason for the message. Every e-mail received provides the list member a chance to modify their personal data or remove their name from the list.

Are there any restrictions on the message I can send?
